Summary of Sunan Abi Dawud Hadith 1454
This Hadith about Quran recitation gives hope to two types of readers. Aishah reported that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said the one who is skilled in the Qur'an is with the noble, upright recording angels. He also said that the one who falters while reciting and finds it hard will have a double reward. The wording is comforting because it honors skill but does not leave out the learner who struggles. A person who finds Quran recitation difficult should not feel pushed away by the difficulty. The Hadith says effort with hardship has reward. For searches like struggling to read Quran hadith or skilled reciter with angels, this narration speaks clearly.
