Al-Adab Al-MufradHadith Number 838
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلاَّمٍ قَالَ: سَمَّانِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُوسُفَ، وَأَقْعَدَنِي عَلَى حِجْرِهِ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِي.
Yusuf ibn 'Abdullah ibn Sallam Narrated from:
The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, named me Yusuf and let me sit in his room and stroked my head.
