Summary of Sahih Bukhari Hadith 7441
This Hadith is short but full of comfort. Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه narrates that Allah's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم sent for the Ansar, gathered them in a tent, and told them to be patient until they meet Allah and His Messenger. He then said that he would be on the Lake-Tank, Al-Kauthar. The text does not give extra details here about the reason for the gathering, so the explanation should stay with what is stated: the Ansar were called, reminded to be patient, and given hope of meeting the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم at Al-Kauthar. For searches like hadith about Al-Kauthar, patience until you meet me at the Hawd, or Ansar Lake-Tank hadith, this narration gives a direct reminder of patience and hope.
