وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ لِأَحْمَدَ "اِقْطَعُوا فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ, وَلَا تَقْطَعُوا فِيمَا هُوَ أَدْنَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ"
Ahmad Narrated from:
Cut off a thief's hand for a quarter of Dinar, and do not cut it off for what is less than that.
