Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 1292
عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ اَلْأَ نْصَارِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { " لَا يُجْلَدُ فَوْقَ عَشَرَةِ أَسْوَاطٍ, إِلَّا فِي حَدِّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اَللَّهِ" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ .
Abu Burdah Al-Ansari Narrated from:
Abu Burdah Al-Ansari (RAA) narrated that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, "No more than ten lashes are to be given except when inflicting one of the Hudud (prescribed punishments) of Allah." Agreed upon.
