Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 1485
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يُقِيمُ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ, ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ, وَلَكِنْ تَفَسَّحُوا, وَتَوَسَّعُوا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ .
Ibn 'Umar Narrated from:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A man should not ask another man to get up from his place in order to take his seat. But you should make room for each other and spread out.” Agreed upon.
