Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 281
وَفِي لَفْظٍ لِأَحْمَدَ : { فَأَقِمْ صُلْبَكَ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ اَلْعِظَامُ }
And Ahmad has: "Keep your back straight till the bones return (to their positions)."
