Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 412
وَلِابْنِ حِبَّانَ: { مَنْ أَدْرَكَ اَلصُّبْحَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ لَهُ } .
Ibn Hibban Narrated from:
Whosoever reaches the dawn, and he did not offer Witr, then there is no Witr for him.'
