Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 831b
وَلِمُسْلِمٍ: { لَا يَسُمِ اَلْمُسْلِمُ عَلَى سَوْمِ اَلْمُسْلِمِ } .
Muslim has: "A Muslim must not offer a price above that offered by another Muslim."
