Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 935
وَعَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ اَلضَّحَّاكِ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ اَلْمُزَارَعَةِ [ وَأَمَرَ ] بِالْمُؤَاجَرَةِ } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ أَيْضًا .
Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade al-Muzara'ah (employing people on land for a share of the produce), and ordered al-Mu'ajara (renting it out for cash). [Reported by Muslim].
