Sunan Ibn MajahHadith Number 234

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، مُعَاوِيَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ أَلاَ لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Bahz bin Hakim narrated from his father that his grandfather Mu'awiyah Al-Qushairi said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Let the one who is present convey to the one who is absent.'"
