Al-Lu'lu Wal-Marjan 1685 — The Book of Kindness, Good Relations and Good Manners
To recommend one to be kind and benevolent to one's neighbour.

حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنها، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ: «مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ يُوصِينِي بِالجَارِ، حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ سَيُوَرِّثُهُ»..
Ibn 'Umar Narrated from:
Said, Allâh's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم "Jibrael (Gibrael) kept on recommending me about treating the neighbours in a kind and polite manner, so much so that I thought that he would order me to make them my heirs." ( Sahîh Al-Bukhârî, Hadîth No. 44, Vol. 8)
