Al-Lu'lu Wal-Marjan 1692 — The Book of Kindness, Good Relations and Good Manners
If Allâh loves a person, he makes the people love that person.

Al-Lu'lu Wal-MarjanHadith Number 1692
حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنها، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّ اللهَ ﵎، إِذَا أَحَبَّ عَبْدًا، نَادَى جِبْرِيلَ: إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا، فَأَحِبَّهُ، فَيُحِبُّهُ جِبْرِيلُ ⦗٢٠٦⦘ ثُمَّ يُنَادِي جِبْرِيلُ فِي السَّمَاءِ: إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَحَبَّ فُلَانًا فَأَحِبُّوهُ فَيُحِبُّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ، وَيُوضعُ لَهُ الْقَبُولُ فِي أَهْلِ الأَرْضِ.
Abu Hurairah Narrated from:
Allâh's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "If Allâh تعالى loves a person, He calls Jibraël (Gabriel), saying, 'Allâh loves so and so. O Jibraël love him.' So Jibraël would love him and then Jibraël would make an announcement in the Heavens: 'Allâh has loved so-and-so therefore you should love him also.' So all the dwellers of the Heavens would love him, and then he is granted the pleasure of the people on the earth." ( Sahih Al-Bukhârî, Hadîth No. 577, Vol. 9 )
