Al-Lu'lu Wal-MarjanHadith Number 1829

Zainab bint Jahsh Narrated from:

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم once came to her in a state of fear and said, " Lâ ilâha ill-Allâh " (none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh). Woe unto the Arabs from a danger that has come near. An opening has been made in the wall of Ya'jûj and Ma'jûj (Gog and Magog) like this," making a circle with his thumb and index finger. Zainab bint Jahsh said, "O Allâh's Messenger! Shall we be destroyed even though there are pious persons among us?" He said, "Yes, when the Al-Khabath [1] (evil persons) will increase." ( Sahîh Al-Bukhârî, Hadîth No. 565, Vol. 4 )

[1] The word Al-Khabath is interpreted as illegal sexual intercourse, illegitimate children and each and every kind of evil deed. [See Fath Al-Bâri , Vol. 16, P. 225]
