Al-Lu'lu Wal-MarjanHadith Number 968
`Abdullah bin `Umar Narrated from:
Allâh's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم forbade the sale called Habal-il-Habala, which was a kind of sale practised in the Pre-Islâmic Period of Ignorance: One would pay the price of a she-camel which was not born yet but would be born by the immediate offspring of an extant she-camel. ( Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 353, Vol. 3)
