Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 3393
عَن الْحسن عَن سَمُرَة عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «من ملك ذَا رحم محرم فَهُوَ حُرٌّ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَه
Samurah Narrated from:
If anyone gets possession of a relative who is within the prohibited degrees, that person becomes free.” Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
