Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 3668
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «من رأى أميره يَكْرَهُهُ فَلْيَصْبِرْ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يُفَارِقُ الْجَمَاعَةَ شبْرًا فَيَمُوت إِلَّا مَاتَ ميتَة جَاهِلِيَّة»
Ibn 'Abbas Narrated from:
If anyone sees in his commander what he dislikes he should show patience, for no one separates a span's distance from the community and dies without dying like those of pre-Islamic times.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)
