حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي، إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ الْعَبْسِيُّ، قَالَ قَالَ جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَسُنُّ عَبْدٌ سُنَّةً صَالِحَةً يُعْمَلُ بِهَا بَعْدَهُ " . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ تَمَامَ الْحَدِيثِ .
Jarir b. 'Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The servant does not introduce good practice which is followed after him.... The rest of the hadith is the same.
