Summary of Sahih Muslim Hadith 1189c
This Hadith repeats the report in a regular form. A'isha says she used to apply perfume to the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم before his entering the state of Ihram and at the conclusion of it, before he circumambulated the House for Tawaf Ifada. The wording “used to” shows this was not framed as a random detail in her report. Still, the explanation should stay within the text: it tells us about perfume before Ihram and before Tawaf after release from Ihram. It does not list all cases, scents or legal details. For readers searching for the Sahih Muslim perfume before Ihram hadith, this narration gives a simple and direct statement from A'isha.
