18/3. Chapter:

Expiation must be offered by one who declares his wife to be unlawful for him but does not intend divorce thereby

قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، بِهَذَا سَوَاءً وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of 'Urwa with the same chain of transmitters.
