18/6. Chapter:

The woman who has been irrevocably divorced is not entitled to spending

Sahih MuslimHadith Number 1480l

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلاَثًا قَالَ ‏ "‏ لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلاَ نَفَقَةٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that there is no lodging and maintenance allowance for a woman who has been given irrevocable divorce.
