Summary of Sahih Muslim Hadith 1792b
This Hadith is a wording variant of the report about forgiveness in pain. It says the same tradition came through another chain, but with a slight change: the Prophet in the story was sprinkling or wiping blood from his forehead. The core message remains tied to the same scene: a Prophet was harmed by his people and still called upon Allah in a forgiving way. For searches like Sahih Muslim 1792b, forgive my people hadith, and hadith about wounded Prophet, this report is useful because it shows how narration preserves both meaning and wording. We should not build a new story from this version. The text mainly helps us notice the careful transmission of the same teaching.
What we learn from this hadith
- Different chains can preserve small wording changes in the same report.
- The added wording mentions blood from the forehead, not a separate event.
- The main lesson remains forgiveness and patience during harm.
