Summary of Sahih Muslim Hadith 425b
This narration from Anas repeats the same core message in clear words: complete the bowing and prostration well. It is a hadith about salah quality, especially the parts of prayer that many people may rush. The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said that he saw behind his back how the people bowed and prostrated, or when they bowed and prostrated. The wording directs attention to action, not appearance. A person in prayer should not just move from one position to another. He should give bowing and prostration their proper care. For readers searching complete ruku and sujood hadith or hadith about praying properly, this report gives a short and direct reminder.
What we learn from this hadith
- Bowing should be completed well.
