Muwatta MalikHadith Number 45
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ، وَرَّثَ نِسَاءَ ابْنِ مُكْمِلٍ مِنْهُ وَكَانَ طَلَّقَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ .
Al-A'raj Narrated from:
Uthman ibn Affan made the wives of ibn Mukmil inherit from him, and he had divorced them while he was terminally ill.
