Muwatta MalikHadith Number 139
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ حُذَافَةَ أَيَّامَ مِنًى يَطُوفُ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللَّهِ .
Ibn Shihab Narrated from:
The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sent Abdullah ibn Hudhayfa out on the days of Mina to circulate among the people to tell them those days were for eating and drinking and remembrance of Allah.
