Muhammad bin Abi 'Aishah Narrated from:
I heard Abu Hurairah say: 'The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: When one of you recites the tashahhud, let him seek refuge with Allah (SWT) from our things: From the torment of hell, from the torment of the grave, from the trials of life and death and from the evils of the Dajjal. Then let him pray for himself asking whatever he wants.'

Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 1310
This Hadith gives clear guidance for what to say after tashahhud. The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said that when one recites the tashahhud, he should seek refuge with Allah from four matters: the torment of Hell, the torment of the grave, the trials of life and death, and the evil of the Dajjal. After that, he may pray for himself and ask whatever he wants. The order is meaningful in a simple way: first seek Allah's protection from great harms, then make personal requests. For anyone searching for four things to seek refuge from after tashahhud, this Hadith gives the wording and the place within prayer.
