Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri Narrated from:
At the time of the Messenger of Allah we did not give anything except a Sa' of dates, or a Sa' of barley, or a Sa' of raisins, or a Sa' of flour, or a Sa' of cottage cheese, or a Sa' of rye. Then (one of the narrators) Sufyan was uncertain and said: "Flour or rye. "

Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 2514
This Hadith gives a food list from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri about Sadaqatul Fitr at the time of the Messenger of Allah. He says they did not give except one Sa of dates, barley, raisins, flour, cottage cheese, or rye. Then the narrator Sufyan was uncertain and said flour or rye. That uncertainty is part of the text and should be kept in mind. For people searching Zakatul Fitr food list, one Sa of raisins, or Sadaqatul Fitr flour rye, this report is helpful. It shows a repeated measure of one Sa and several food types. It does not discuss timing or who pays, so the focus remains on the reported food options.
What we learn from this hadith
- The narration reports what was given at the time of the Messenger of Allah.
- The repeated amount is one Sa.
- Dates, barley, raisins, cottage cheese, and other foods are mentioned.
- The text includes Sufyan's uncertainty about flour or rye.
