Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 3857
This report from Abu Sa'eed gives a simple instruction for hiring: when you hire a worker, tell him what his wages will be. The teaching is about clarity before the work begins. A worker should know the agreed payment rather than being left unsure about what he will receive. The text does not provide a wage amount or a detailed contract system. It focuses on one practical point: the employer should disclose the wage. For searches such as worker wages in Islam, hiring rules in hadith, employee pay agreement, and telling a laborer his salary, this report offers a clear principle. Open terms can reduce confusion and help both sides understand the arrangement from the start.
What we learn from this hadith
- Tell the worker the wage before the work arrangement proceeds.
- The payment should not be left unclear.
- Both employer and worker benefit from knowing the agreed amount.
- The report focuses on transparency in hiring.
