Prohibition of Every Drink that Intoxicates

Sunan an-NasaiHadith Number 5602

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيشُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari that: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "Every intoxicant is unlawful."
