Summary of Sunan an-Nasai Hadith 5724
This report is very short, but it carries a clear message. Abu Raja asked Al-Hasan about At-Tila, the thickened grape juice, when it had been reduced to half. Al-Hasan answered: do not drink it. The core topic is caution with cooked drinks. The narration does not say that every cooked drink is the same. It only speaks about this half-reduced At-Tila. For someone searching for a hadith about half-reduced grape juice, this text shows that Al-Hasan did not allow drinking it at that stage. The wording also connects well with nearby reports that mention waiting until two-thirds has gone and one-third remains.
What we learn from this hadith
- Al-Hasan advised against drinking At-Tila reduced only to half.
- The narration shows care before consuming a changed grape drink.
- A short question can lead to a direct answer about doubtful drinks.
