Understanding Friday Sunnah Prayers Through Authentic Hadiths
The provided authentic narrations highlight essential practices regarding voluntary prayers on Friday. According to these teachings, if you enter the mosque while the Friday sermon is already in progress, you should not sit down immediately. Instead, the Prophet guided companions to stand up and perform two quick rak'ahs first. Additionally, regarding the voluntary prayers after the main Friday congregation, the text shows that the Prophet did not pray immediately inside the mosque. Instead, he would leave the mosque and perform two rak'ahs at home. Together, these reports give clear guidance on the proper etiquette for entering the mosque during the sermon and establishing a routine for post-Friday prayers.
