Ibn 'Umar Narrated from:
The Messenger Of Allah (ﷺ) Said: "The Muslim Is The Brother Of The Muslim, He Doesn'T Oppress Him And Doesn'T Put Him Into Ruin, And Whoever Is Concerned For The Needs Of His Brother, Allah Is Concerned For His Needs, And Whoever Relieves A Muslim Of A Burden, Allah Will Relieve Him Of A Burden From The Burdens Of The Day Of Judgement And Whoever Covers (The Faults Of) A Muslim, Allah Will Cover (His Faults) On The Day Of Judgement."

Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 1426
This hadith about Muslim brotherhood gives a clear standard for how Muslims should treat each other. The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said that a Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He does not oppress him and does not put him into ruin. The hadith then connects helping a brother's needs with Allah caring for the helper's needs. It also repeats the message of relieving burdens and covering faults. The wording is direct and easy to live by: do not harm your brother, do not leave him to be ruined, help him where you can, and protect his dignity.
What we learn from this hadith
- A Muslim should not oppress another Muslim.
- A Muslim should not leave his brother in ruin.
- Helping a brother's need is praised in the hadith.
- Relieving burdens and covering faults are part of Islamic brotherhood.
