'Aqqar bin Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah Narrated from:
'Aqqar bin Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah narrated from his father who said that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Whoever Seeks Treatment By Cauterization, Or With Ruqyah, Then He Has Absolved Himself Of At-Tawakkul (Reliance Upon Allah)."
[1] Performing the lawful Ruqyah is good, the narration does not address those who do it, nor have it done to them, rather it addresses those who seek to have themselves treated with it.
