Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 3744
This Hadith about Az-Zubair the Hawari gives a direct title to Az-Zubair bin Al-Awwam. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said that every Prophet has a Hawari, and his Hawari is Az-Zubair. The report itself explains that Hawari means a helper. So the meaning should be kept clear and simple: Az-Zubair is praised as a special helper of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم. This is not a general praise only; it is a named honor. The Hadith is often searched as every Prophet has a Hawari hadith or my Hawari is Az-Zubair. It teaches love and respect for the Companions based on words reported from the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم.
