Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 3950
This Hadith about tribal virtue reports that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم swore by the One in Whose Hand was Muhammad's soul. He then mentioned Ghifar, Aslam, Muzainah, and Juhainah, saying they are better with Allah on the Day of Judgment than Asad, Tayyi', and Ghatafan. The narration uses strong wording, so the explanation should follow the text closely. It does not give a general rule for all people outside the named groups; it reports the specific comparison stated by the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. The Hadith is often searched as a hadith about Ghifar, Aslam, Muzainah, and Juhainah.
