Sa'd bin Ishaq bin Ka'b bin Ujrah narrated from his father from his grandfather who said: "The Prophet Prayed Maghrib In The Masjid Of Banu Abdul-Ashbal, And Some People Stood To Offer Voluntary Prayers, So The Prophet Said: 'This Salat Is To Be Performed By You In Your Homes.'"

Summary of Jami at-Tirmidhi Hadith 604
This Hadith is about voluntary prayer at home after Maghrib. Ka'b bin Ujrah narrated that the Prophet prayed Maghrib in the Masjid of Banu Abdul-Ashhal. Some people then stood to offer voluntary prayers, so the Prophet said that this salat should be performed in their homes. The narration is short, and its main point is clear: some voluntary prayers are better kept in the home setting. The text does not say that all voluntary prayers must always be at home, and it includes additional comments mentioning reports about the two rak'ahs after Maghrib. For search intent, this is a hadith about praying sunnah at home and two rak'ah after Maghrib, with the teaching kept close to the words given.
What we learn from this hadith
- The Prophet guided people to perform that voluntary prayer in their homes.
- The event happened after Maghrib in a specific masjid.
- The narration distinguishes voluntary prayer from the obligatory Maghrib prayer.
- The text should not be stretched into a ruling beyond what it states.
