حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلاَ نَرَى إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ الْحَجُّ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا تَطَوَّفْنَا بِالْبَيْتِ فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْىَ أَنْ يُحِلَّ فَأَحَلَّ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْىَ .
A'isha Narrated from:
We went out with the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) and we thought it nothing but a Hajj. When we came, we circumambulated the House (the Ka’bah). The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) then commanded those who did not bring the sacrificial animals with them to take off their ihram. Therefore those who did not bring the sacrificial animals with them took off their ihram.

This taking off ihram after Umrah Hadith focuses on a simple order during the Prophet's Hajj journey. Aishah said they went out thinking only of Hajj. When they arrived in Makkah, they performed Tawaf around the Ka'bah. Then the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ordered those who had not brought sacrificial animals to leave ihram. So the people who had no hady came out of ihram after their rites. The key point is the difference made by bringing sacrificial animals. Those without them were allowed to end ihram, while this report does not mention the same for those who had brought hady. It is a focused Hajj and Umrah ruling from the text.
