If Two People Are Praying, One Of Whom Is The Imam, How Should They Stand ?

Sunan Abi DawudHadith Number 611

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي هَذِهِ الْقِصَّةِ قَالَ فَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِي أَوْ بِذُؤَابَتِي فَأَقَامَنِي عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ‏.‏

Another version of this tradition transmitted through a different chain of narrators by Ibn ‘Abbas says: “He took my head or the hair of my head and made me stand on his right side”.
