حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ لَمَّا رَجَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الْخَنْدَقِ وَوَضَعَ السِّلاَحَ وَاغْتَسَلَ، أَتَاهُ جِبْرِيلُ ـ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ ـ فَقَالَ قَدْ وَضَعْتَ السِّلاَحَ وَاللَّهِ مَا وَضَعْنَاهُ، فَاخْرُجْ إِلَيْهِمْ. قَالَ " فَإِلَى أَيْنَ ". قَالَ هَا هُنَا، وَأَشَارَ إِلَى بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ، فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَيْهِمْ.
A'isha Narrated from:
When the Prophet (ﷺ) returned from Al-Khandaq (i.e. Trench) and laid down his arms and took a bath, Gabriel came and said (to the Prophet (ﷺ)), You have laid down your arms? By Allah, we angels have not laid them down yet. So set out for them." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Where to go?" Gabriel said, "Towards this side," pointing towards Banu Quraiza. So the Prophet (ﷺ) went out towards them.

Summary of Sahih Bukhari Hadith 4117
This Hadith about Banu Quraiza takes place after the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم returned from Al-Khandaq, laid down his arms, and took a bath. Gabriel عليه السلام came and said that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم had laid down his arms, but the angels had not laid theirs down. He then told the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم to set out. When the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم asked where to go, Gabriel pointed toward Banu Quraiza. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم then went out toward them. The Hadith focuses on obedience to the command brought by Gabriel and shows that the matter did not end simply with returning from Khandaq.
