65/24.7. Chapter:
The Statement of Allah the Most High: "Had it not been for the Grace of Allah and His Mercy unto you in this world and in the Hereafter, a great torment would have touched you for that whereof you had spoken." (V.24:14)
وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ: {تَلَقَّوْنَهُ} يَرْوِيهِ بَعْضُكُمْ عَنْ بَعْضٍ، {تُفِيضُونَ} تَقُولُونَ.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ رُومَانَ أُمِّ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ لَمَّا رُمِيَتْ عَائِشَةُ خَرَّتْ مَغْشِيًّا عَلَيْهَا.
Narrated Um Ruman: Aisha's mother, When `Aisha was accused, she fell down Unconscious.
