Superiority of the congregational Salat (prayer)
وَكَانَ الأَسْوَدُ إِذَا فَاتَتْهُ الْجَمَاعَةُ ذَهَبَ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ آخَرَ. وَجَاءَ أَنَسٌ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ قَدْ صُلِّيَ فِيهِ، فَأَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ وَصَلَّى جَمَاعَةً.Whenever Al-Aswad missed the congregational Salat (prayer) he used to go to another mosque (to offer the Salat in congregation). Once, Anas came to a mosque where the Salat was finished; he pronounced the Adhan and then Iqama and offered the Salat in congregation.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " صَلاَةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلاَةَ الْفَذِّ بِسَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً ".
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The prayer in congregation is twenty seven times superior to the prayer offered by person alone."
