87/18. Chapter:

If somebody bites a man and has his tooth broken

Sahih BukhariHadith Number 6893

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ خَرَجْتُ فِي غَزْوَةٍ، فَعَضَّ رَجُلٌ فَانْتَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ، فَأَبْطَلَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏

Narrated Ya`la: I went out in one of the Ghazwa and a man bit another man and as a result, an incisor tooth of the former was pulled out. The Prophet (ﷺ) cancelled the case.
