Sahih Bukhari 7491 — Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)

لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ} حَقٌّ {وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ} بِاللَّعِبِ.

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى يُؤْذِينِي ابْنُ آدَمَ، يَسُبُّ الدَّهْرَ وَأَنَا الدَّهْرُ، بِيَدِي الأَمْرُ، أُقَلِّبُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ ".
Abu Hurairah Narrated from:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah said: "The son of Adam hurts Me by abusing Time, for I am Time; in My Hands are all things and I cause the revolution of night and day.' " (See Hadith No. 351, Vol. 6)
[1] 'I am Ad-Dahr ' means 'I am the Creator of time, and I manage the affairs of all creation including time'.
