Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 1450
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّان َ .
Aby Hurairah Narrated from:
Something similar to the aforesaid Hadith. [Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi reported it. Ibn Hibban graded it Sahih (authentic)].
- صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 3610 و 3611 )، والترمذي ( 1343 )، وأيضا رواه ابن ماجه ( 2368 )، وصححه ابن الجارود ( 1007 ) كلهم من طريق سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى باليمين مع الشاهد الواحد.Reference: : Bulugh al-Maram 1422 | In-book reference: : Book 14, Hadith 26 | English translation: : Book 14, Hadith 1450
