Bulugh al-MaramHadith Number 1449
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ. وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَقَالَ: إِسْنَادُ [ هُ ] جَيِّد ٌ .
Ibn 'Abbas Narrated from:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ruled on the basis of an oath and a single witness. [Muslim, Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i reported it, the latter said that it has a Jayyid (good) chain or narrators].
