Al-Lu'lu Wal-Marjan 1294 — The Book of Drinks (Al-Ashriba)
It is disliked to prepare Nabîdh by mixing dry grapes (raisin) and dates.

حديث جَابِرٍ رضي الله عنها، قَالَ: نَهى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، عَنِ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْبُسْرِ وَالرُّطَبِ.
Jâbir Narrated from:
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم forbade the drinking of alcoholic drinks prepared from raisins, dates, unripe dates and fresh ripe dates. ( Sahîh Al-Bukhârî, Hadîth No. 506, Vol. 7)
