Preferable (to delay) the Zuhr prayer till it becomes (a bit) cooler during severe heat for the one who goes for the congregational prayer and encounters heat on his way.

Al-Lu'lu Wal-MarjanHadith Number 357

Abu Hurairah Narrated from:

Allâh's Messenger ﷺ said, "If it is very hot, then offer the Zuhr prayer when it becomes (a bit) cooler, as the severity of the heat is from the raging of the Hell-fire." ( Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Hadîth No. 510, Vol. 1)
