Order for the people of Al-Madîna to assume the state of Ihrâm at Dhul-Hulaifa mosque.

حديث ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: مَا أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَاّ مِنْ عِنْدِ الْمَسْجِدِ، يَعْنِي مَسْجِدَ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ.
`Abdullah bin `Umar Narrated from:
Never did Allâh's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم recite Talbîya and assume Ihrâm except at the mosque, that is, the mosque of Dhul-Hulaifa. ( Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith No. 614, Vol. 2)
