حديث أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رضي الله عنها، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، نَهى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ؛ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ اشْتِرَاءُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ.
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri Narrated from:
Allâh's Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم forbade Al-Muzâbana [1] and Al-Muhâqala [1]; and Muzâbana [1] is the selling of fresh dates still on the trees for dried plucked dates (by measure). ( Sahîh Al-Bukhârî, Hadîth No. 391, Vol. 3)
