Mishkat al-MasabihHadith Number 2981
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ: زَعَمَ ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ وَأَمَرَ بِالْمُؤَاجَرَةِ وَقَالَ: «لَا بَأْسَ بِهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
Thabit bin Ad-Dahhak Narrated from:
God’s Messenger forbade employing people on land for a share of the produce and ordered that they should be employed for a wage, saying there was no harm in it. Muslim transmitted it.
